No Returns on Used Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Items Include:

- Lingerie and undergarments
- Custom or intimate wearable products
Important Notes:
- No COD refunds: If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
